Cleveland Brown's star WR Odell Beckham Jr. has a warrant issued for his arrest after he slapped a police officer's butt during a locker room celebration following the College National Championship game on Monday night. 


A video circulating on Twitter today shows the incident. Beckham has been charged for simple battery.
